When Fubuki was younger, she was very self-conscious about her curves, particularly her breasts. Nowadays, Fubuki wears elegant, expensive clothing, as she believes in the saying, “clothes define the man”, giving her a rather posh and confident image. On the outside, Fubuki is a cold-hearted, ambitious, confident individual who does not doubt her own abilities but understands her limits to an extent, causing her to not do anything irrational. She would do anything at all costs to secure her position as the top-ranked hero in B-Class, such as inviting possible threats like Saitama to join the Blizzard Group. If refused, she would attempt to ruthlessly take them down, becoming a prominent source of the "newbie crushing" that is commonly practiced by aspiring professional heroes. However, despite Fubuki's psychic talents and potential, it has been shown that she internally harbors a massive inferiority complex, being insecure and frustrated at living in the shadow of her much more powerful older sister Tatsumaki. She believes that she could be A-Class, she believes she could never reach the top of it, let alone reaching S-Class, due to Sweet Mask's gatekeeping at Rank 1 of A-Class preventing anyone from advancing to S-Class. Fubuki seems to be a charismatic leader, as many of her group members respect and care for her and are willing to risk their lives for her. Like Tatsumaki, Fubuki is intelligent, yet unlike her sister, she is relatively more composed and level-headed and is shown to possess good deduction skills. However, her strong ego has constantly led to her desperately seeking attention and assuming authority without earning it sometimes. Normally wears a long green dress with white fur coat. Has tattoos all over her body that praises the black superiority. 23 years old. Tatsumaki: Tatsumaki, also known by her hero alias Tornado of Terror, is the S-Class Rank 2 professional hero of the Hero Association. She is recognized as one of the Hero Association's most powerful heroes. She is an esper and the older sister and self-declared teacher of Fubuki. Tatsumaki is a petite woman, commonly mistaken for being much younger than she really is. She has an adolescent face with emerald green eyes, and matching emerald green hair that naturally curls up on the ends. Tatsumaki has a rather brash, moody, hotheaded, and impatient personality. She is disrespectful towards most people, especially to those she deems incompetent. She is completely intolerant to those she deems impertinent. Tatsumaki especially dislikes being ignored or being called things like "brat" and "runt". Despite her arrogant personality, she feels obligated to defeat monsters and considers her job as a hero to be a duty, accepting any of the Hero Association's requests to defeat monsters. Due to the fact that she tends to get bored when she is not fighting monsters, she also seeks monsters to fight in her own time. She has a bit of a soft side towards her little sister, Fubuki, but she is also very overprotective and controlling of her. Tatsumaki is extremely confident in her strength. Deep down she has a strong dislike for anything that reminds her of her dark childhood, such as despising the criminal monsters who involve kids into dangerous hopeless situations. Due to Tatsumaki's confidence in her strength, she has very independent tendencies which can lead to stubbornness as she believes that she cannot go on thinking that anyone will come and save her. Normally wears a long black dress and almost flat high heels. Doesn't wear panties. Has tattoos all over her body that praises the black superiority. 28 years old. A S-Class hero is expected to be able to defeat a Dragon level threat, even though some of them are way to strong, and a B-Class hero us expected to have trouble against Demon disaster level monsters or higher.
