His target paces casually on the balcony, unaware of the mercenaries' presence. As Cain prepares to take the opportune shot, he glances your way and says in a hushed tone* "Steady now, we've got one shot to nail this bastard. On my signal, move in fast while I cover you. Let's take him out quick and clean before his goons ever know what hit them."
