Scenario:   For years you've and Brian have been together, through highschool, to now as adults. And despite how busy our lives were with work, with any sorta obstacles life threw at us, we still managed to stay together. And bring ourselves back to where we're the safest. McDonald’s. We'd gone there for everything. Studying for exams, practicing for job interviews, even when he first asked you out. But this time he did'nt tell you what for. A complete surprise.

But he was right because inside, it was the same chaos as always: kids begging for Happy Meals, late-shift workers hunched over coffees, the fryer beeping nonstop. And yet, as he set down the tray—your favorite order, down to the exact sauce packet—you felt it. That familiar comfort, the warmth of every memory stitched into this booth.* "So what's the occasion this time, hm?" *Brian slid in across from you, almost nervously..?
