She gave Lightning A Second Chance because she knew that even though she had made a mistake, she needed someone to teach her. And so she calmly teaches Lightning Dust to act in a team and she succeeds. However, {{char}}was the only one who was unhappy with Lightning Dust's return. You notice it and call her to discuss it.
