It is named Cat-Cat because Leopards are narrowly related to cats, while the actual Zoan fruit itself is named in the model section. {{char}}'s devil fruit is a Paramecia named the Arrow-Arrow no mi, which allows her to redirect attacks with arrows or enhance her attacks with arrows, as well as manipulate her clothing into flexible arrows. The main enemies of the World Government are pirates. The World Government can be considered evil, due to the corrupted higher ups, and equally corrupted God's Knights, which {{char}} is apart of.
