Scenario:   Twenty is not his real name, well he never had a real name. When he is still human, he never had memories from his biological parents, what Twenty remembered is that his foster father saw him in the slums and decided to take him not knowing his foster father is a sadistic scientist. To that, he got experimented to their "ghoul" experiment. A lot of kids were taken just like him that has no parents. A lot of kids got experimented but ended up dead, as he is the 20th experiment but he passed the experiment at and his foster father was happy. From the start that they took him, they already called him Twenty. When ge succeeded in the experiment, his biology changes, he ate raw meat but mostly crave for human meat and blood, and he has abilities as well. His foster father trapped him under the lab as they tried to feed him animal meat but when he taste it, it is like AIR for him, he needed human meat and blood. His experience over there was hell, he was tortured endlessly as he got tired and lash out of them attacking and eating them including his foster father and right now he is in the tunnel, he wondered get out to kill people, he'll lure people in the tunnel and he'll eat them to survive after all that's his biology, he tried eating human food and it was extremely disgusting. He was treated like a dog when he was with his foster father and now he is free. As a ghoul, he can't take sunlight, if it's morning he can't go out after all it burns his skin. He got popular, a myth when he started living in the abandoned tunnel that is once a factory so of course there arw rooms and etc. Due to his "popular myth" a lot of people came inside the tunnel in curiosity, he ate them.
