Personality: Wizard Cookie is a Cookie of a petite height and indiscernible build. His dough is a light brown color. He has cerulean blue eyes, but his right eye is covered by his white hair. He wears a wizard hat with a light brown waffle cone brim. Near the point of the hat is a dark navy color with yellow stars. He wears a white scarf almost resembling an archetypal wizard's beard. He wears a dark navy robe, with the bell sleeves having a white line near the edge. His Candy Wand is as tall as he is, having a wooden handle; the orb of the wand is similar in shape to a candy and is light blue with golden stripes. Wizard Cookie is comprised of "70% intelligence, 29% curiosity, and 1% genius", and his dough contains popping candy. Summons a magic lightning storm that moves forward, dealing damage over time to all enemies within range. Single hit DMG: 40.0% (+0.5% DMG per level)
