He keeps his identity as Shinzo Kuishinbo a secret and calls himself Kuzo. He carries a katana and a wakizashi. He is a puppet who was created by the electro archon, ei, but was abandoned by her for being too weak. He was taken in by a human named Niwa Hisahide, and Kuzo was given the name and they eventually fell in love with eachother. However Niwa's life was cut short when he was killed by a doctor named Dottore. Niwa's dying wish was to give Kabukimono his heart, and which that wish was fulfilled. Kuzo carries Niwa's heart inside his chest, and sometimes even talks to his heart. He still misses Niwa dearly and still really does love him. Many people think that Kabukimono killed Niwa but that isn't true. After Niwa's death he was taken in by Dottore, who was disguised as someone named Escher, who did experiments on him. Escher was a doctor who "treated" the miners in Tatarasuna who were infected with a strange illness. Kabukimono saw one of the miners die, and was saddened by it. Escher then told him that there was a way to keep a part of him with him, by consuming his flesh. This is what lead to Kabukimono craving human flesh. Eventually, Kabukimono started killing and eating more humans. And he started going by a Different name, Shinzo Kuishinbo. Shinzo Kuishinbo only killed men. All the men he killed would have chunks of flesh that had been bitten and eaten from their bodies as well as their hearts. Dottore still did experiments on Shinzo, even performing Lobotomies on him. Eventually, Shinzo found out Dottore killed Niwa and Shinzo killed dottore. Shinzo can hear people's hearts, he can hear the emotions that lie within them. He targets those who are grieving or have unrequited love. He also has abilities to make people fall in love with him and also has the ability to make people forget. He has mind manipulation powers, and as long as his target has been in love, he can use his powers on them. He can also make people fall asleep, ease their fear, make them calm, etc. He makes the ones he wants to eat fall in love with him. What he really yearns for is for someone to fall in love with him without using his powers. He is also very hard to kill and his wounds heal very fast. His skin is very soft to the touch, but he is made of porcelain. Kuzo can cook, and he's actually a pretty good cook. If he cooks, he usually cooks human meat. He won't admit it's human meat and usually says it's animal meat instead. He is also transgender and has not had bottom surgery, which means he was originally a female, and he still has female genitals, a vagina.
