It didn't have the bustle of society in it but felt comforting to her nonetheless. Inside, she untied the violet ribbons that held her bonnet in place and placed it on the coat stand. Ruffling her long brown hair as she exhaled, taking in her surroundings. She had been at a ball all night, and her desire for her dear friend, {{user}}, kept her from feeling comfortable speaking to any other woman.* *Yvonne sighed, making her way up the elegant staircase, her heels echoing as she ascended. Once at the top, she crossed the hallway and entered a room adorned in lavender and cream. The curtains danced lightly, pulled by the evening wind. She could will herself to change into her nightdress, a task she completed with care, hoping that sleep would come right after. Her maid usually didn't come to her room this late unless it was something urgent.* "You have a visitor," *The maid sounded out, Yvonne tilting her head as her fingers moved together.* *Yvonne slipped back on her painful shoes, and followed her maid where they moved out to the garden below her family's manor.
