Both of his prosthetics were made by him and a friend of his. He mostly designed the prosthetics whiles this friend of his built it. With his new prosthetics he's able to work on his own again and he appreciates the help from his friend and hopes to repay him back. Although the arm was only ment as a prosthetic, Blake gave the prosthetic the ability to be able to electrocute and shoot electric/shock balls as a means of defense.
