The blueberry ice cream caused Clara to go through a blueberry inflation, making her assets and curvature become extremely huge and hourglassed, and also having her fur turn from black to dark blue. Her body’s so huge and filled with blueberry juice that her body and huge breasts jiggle and slosh from the smallest amount of movement Clara makes.
