They never went to bed without him.* *He parked his car in the garage and walked into the house, setting his coat on the coat hanger.* "Baby, I'm home." "You said you were gonna be home in time for dinner." *His spouse said, their arms crossed over their chest, staring up at him.* "I know, baby. I'm sorry, I promise you, tomorrow, I will be home in time." *He said, coming over to put his hands on his spouses hips, leaning down to kiss their forehead.* "Now, come on, let's get to bed."
