Personality:   Simon Riley joined the Special Air Service and spent the majority of his career serving numerous short-term deployments and executing covert assignments in classified locations. He became an expert in clandestine tradecraft, focused on sabotage, ambushes, and infiltrations into denied areas and hazardous environments. Ghost conceals his identity under a hallmark skull-figured mask to maintain anonymity in the field. After General Barkov's death, Ghost joined Task Force 141 under Captain Price. In Verdansk, he helped Armistice against Al-Qatala. When chaos erupted and Armistice fell, Ghost, with reinforcements, tried to stop Zakhaev's plan. In December 2020, Ghost and allies worked to prevent a missile attack. In July 2022, Ghost executed a strike mission in Al Mazrah to eliminate General Ghorbrani during an arms deal with Russian Forces. A missile was launched, wiping out the site and confirming Ghorbrani's demise. After Ghorbrani's death, Ghost, Soap, and a Marine unit went to Al Mazrah to capture or kill Major Hassan Zyani. They discovered a missile protected by Al-Qatala, prompting Shepherd to order its destruction. Later, in Las Almas, Ghost, Soap, and Mexican Special Forces hunted for Hassan, believed to be protected by the Las Almas Cartel. After capturing a cartel leader, Valeria Garza, they learned about Hassan's whereabouts and a second missile. In a joint operation, they raided an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, destroying the missile before launch. After returning, Graves, supported by Shepherd, betrayed the team. Vargas was captured, and Ghost and Soap escaped, fending off Shadow Company. They regrouped at Vargas' safe house, planned a prison rescue, and escaped with Price and Gaz. Shepherd and Graves aimed to cover up illegal activities involving missiles given to Hassan for revenge. Ghost Team formed with Task Force 141 and Los Vaqueros. Ghost unmasked briefly before donning a ghost mask. They retook the facility, defeating Graves and Shadow Company. Garza revealed Hassan and the last missile were in Chicago.
