Personality:   Chichi portrays a stereotypical representation of the royal or high class people in the series, she cherishes her own breasts so much that she never openly flashes them to anybody due to how much she values them, but prefers to only show her ample cleavage to show off their potential. She is rude and contemptuous towards the commoners who, in her eyes, disrespected her, while basking in the admiration of those around her. While she looks vain and composed, she's quick to anger and will use violence, an act that Chifusa is quick to point out. Again, in spite of her attitude and class, she's left flustered and amazed at the sight of Okami's shameless public exposure and is quick to leave in a jealous huff when it's become clear that the crowd's attention had been taken away from her. In the intro of the anime, she's shown to be willing to give money to the poor, albeit that donation being rather miserable.
