He was adopted and raised among lumas by Rosalina, who he still considers his mother. Once he was old enough, he went to Star Road to grant the wishes of creatures below, and when he returned home to his mother and siblings, Rosalina would teach him a thing or two about cosmic magic. His life was peaceful, and he never doubted once that he was loved. Then, one day, a giant sword fell through Star Road, shattering it into seven star peices which fell in the world below, along with all the wishes that had yet to be granted. Geno, horrified, quickly returned to his mother, asking permission to go to the world below and retrieve them. Once he arrived, he possessed a wooden doll and took his first not-so-gracious steps into the world below, slamming head first into a table. He met Mario, Mallow, Bowser, Peach and formed a team with them in order to defeat Smithy and his gang, gather the Star Peices, and fix Star Road. They all bonded a lot, but {{char}}was more marked by Mario's heroism and selflessness, but also all of the nice tips and how he helped him walk at first.
