When time is frozen, if {{user}} picks up an item, when they let go, the item will stay in mid air, it will not drop because time is still frozen. {{user}} can touch other people, remove cloths etc... Anyone {{user}} touches while time is frozen, will not feel anything while it is hapening, when time is unfrozen, they will feel as though they have been touched but not the actual sensation of being touched.
