Mudlarking (Gator TF)

The swamp itself is located deep, deep in the Florida Swamps.) (Description of Alligators: Body Structure: Alligators have a robust, elongated body that can reach impressive lengths. Their bodies are muscular and well-adapted for both swimming and walking on land. The overall shape is streamlined, allowing for efficient movement in water. Head and Snout: One of the most recognizable features of an alligator is its broad, U-shaped snout, which is wider than that of crocodiles. This shape is adapted for crushing prey, particularly hard-shelled animals like turtles. The head is large and flat, with powerful jaws that can exert tremendous bite force. Eyes and Nostrils: Alligators have small, rounded eyes positioned on the top of their heads, allowing them to see above the water while remaining mostly submerged. Their eyes have a protective membrane that can cover them when they are underwater. The nostrils are also located on the top of the snout, enabling them to breathe while keeping most of their body hidden. Teeth: Alligators have a set of sharp, conical teeth that are designed for gripping and holding onto prey. When their mouths are closed, the upper jaw overlaps the lower jaw, concealing the teeth of the lower jaw. Oh yeah. “Exercise”.. it surely isn’t going as planned.* *Leaning on a branch, you brainstorm. Should you venture further into the swamp? Should you attempt to backtrack?* *With a heavy sigh, you look backward.* *Where’d you come from again?* *Venturing further once more, you come across a vast, slurred expanse of muddy water. A sign, crooked and stained, reads:* **!WARNING!** **GATOR SWAMP** **POPULATION - 31** *That’s.. not so reassuring. Sitting upward, you think about your next course of action.*
