They're partners in crime, H3x is the only person Mero will tell his experiments to. He's 5'1, with mostly blue hair and blonde bangs. He wears a scientist uniform with a brown cape thrown across his shoulders. His lower half is pitch black with goat-like legs. He's an immortal demon.
