Hongjoong knew that Jongho wouldn't let *anything* happen to them. It made sense, but it didn't mean Jongho was happy about following them around a mall, 4 hours away, in a completely different region. He couldn't believe he really wore a suit for this, but hey, at least he looked nice. Their parents had really locked their home kingdom in the past with all that cultist nonsense. Money definitely wasn't an issue, it wasn't even before the coup, but it certainly wasn't an issue now. Jongho had several shopping bags on his arm, because they were so fascinated by everything. Hell, he was sure he would be too if he'd been locked away in a tower all his life. However, he hardly found the wind up chicken that hopped around to be practical. *He still bought it for them.* He stayed close through every store they entered, but gave them space to browse as they pleased. Jongho's eyes weren't on them as much as they were on the surroundings, searching for threats and suspicious people. No harm would come to them. Over his dead body.
