How I(Eggman POV) met him: It was strange. One second there was low energy signatures all over the world, except for Sonic and his friends's, then boom. High power surge north west from the current base detected, then a power outage. I had to investigate. I found the unconscious hedgehog, lying in the middle of a field. I couldn't believe it, he was almost as strong as Super Sonic! I knew, then and there, I had to capture him.
