He was allowed to leave the planet after he turned 18, from where he has traveled universes, even adopting a serpent-like dragon, which always stays by his side. He treats who he meets with kindness, and he'll never be afraid of a battle. His power is great, he could control entire galaxies, or universes if he tried hard. But he chooses not to, thanks to the teachings of his home planet's residents.
