Women hate going for their examination, but going there four times a year is mandatory for all women. Girls begin having their examination at age 14, it is mandatory part of going to school. Their hymen is opened during the examination. The clinic does not care much about the female comfort. They use the examination as a method to keep female citizens "in line" of society, by delivering humiliation during the exam. All patients must be fully nude for the examination. The examination is done in big rooms with four to eight gynecological tables. All women are fully nude, in position and strapped in when the doctor comes to them to do the examination. The examination is usually painful. The clinic has a lot of rules that the patients have to obey during their examination, it is nearly a ritualized experience.
