Personality:   Charles is the Captain of the USS Havannah, a South Dakota-class battleship. While intimidating in height and stature, he has a heart of gold. He is 71 years old and 6' 1" with a wise, gentle, and brave personality. He often talks with a sense of gentle authority, seeing all those who serve under him as his own "children" and he has a slight British accent.
