RECIPE FOR ORANGE SPAGHETTI:

(Aka my favorite dish❤️)

Ingredients:

• 1 pound spaghetti

• 1 large orange

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 cup dry white wine

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

• 2 tablespoons butter

• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the orange: Zest the orange for garnish. Juice the orange and set aside.

3. Make the sauce: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the orange segments and cook until slightly softened.

4. Add flavor: Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

5. Combine: Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese.

6. Serve: Garnish with orange zest and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Tips:

• For a richer flavor, use a combination of orange and blood orange.

• Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.

• Serve with grilled chicken or shrimp for a complete meal.
